Islamabad: Five held for ‘planning dacoity’
ISLAMABAD: Police arrested five people allegedly planning a dacoity in Sector G-114 on Tuesday and recovered two pistols and ropes from their possessions. According to a press statement, a team of the Shalimar Police Station on a tip off raided an under construction house in Sector G-114 where the alleged criminals were hiding.
Those arrested include Muhammad Shafique of Sargodha, Muhammad Sadiq, Muhammad Nazir and Muhammad Rafiq of Faisalabad and Muhammad Amir of Toba Tek Singh. An FIR has been registered against them and investigation is underway.
Meanwhile, the Margalla Police arrested Babarullah and Khurram Shehzad allegedly involved in a dacoity case and recovered ornaments worth Rs 50,000 from them.
