KARACHI: Danish alias Talha, an alleged activist of Jandullah, was remanded to physical custody of the Korangi police till February 14 in a case over an encounter with the police, which left Landhi SP Azad Khan injured.
The accused was produced Friday before Anti-Terrorism Courts Administrative Judge Khawaja Naveed Ahmed of the Sindh High Court. The police sought further remand for interrogation purposes, which could lead to the arrest of more gang members.
