Rawalpindi: Attack on CD shop ATC puts off case until March 6
RAWALPINDI: Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) No. 1 adjourned hearing till March 6 against four accused in a case of attacking a CD shop at the Bhara Kahu police station.
Accused Muhammad Nazakat Ali, Arif Mehmood, Qasim Mushtaq and Faisal Mushtaq were presented before the court under tight security on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, ATC No-II Judge Sakhi Muhammad Kahoot granted two days physical remand of Noor Zaman, accused in a case of weapons smuggling and adjourned the hearing till February 22. The accused was arrested on Saturday. Four Klashnikovs, one rifle, one repeater, 41 pistols of 30 bore, 4,000 rounds of 44 bore pistol and 20,100 rounds of 30 bore pistol were recovered from his vehicle. Additional District and Sessions Judge Abdul Rehman Awan issued non-bailable warrants of Waris Khan Police Station SHO for not filing challans in a narcotics case and adjourned the court for February 29.
