Peshawar: Two killed over property dispute
PESHAWAR: Two people were killed and five others injured when two groups of property dealers exchanged fire in the Yakatut police area here on Friday.
Police said the groups of Mohammad Gul and Miangul had developed differences over property sale, which led to the armed clash. Mohammad Gul and a passerby Mir Rehman were killed.
The injured, Anwar Ali, Gauhar Ali, Asghar Ali, Miangul and Abdul Ali, were taken to the Lady Reading Hospital.
Police claimed that many people had been taken into custody but no one had so far been nominated in the case.
