Landmine injures three FC men in Noshki
QUETTA: Three FC men were injured when their vehicle hit a landmine in Noshki on Monday, police said. They said the improvised explosive device was planted on a road near the Government Girls School. Police cordoned off the site and began to search for unidentified suspects. Separately, a vehicle carrying six police officials escaped a bomb attack near the Hub industrial estate in Sakran on Monday, police said.
The Lasbela district police officer said the bomb exploded soon after the vehicle passed, slightly damaging the vehicle and injuring a policeman. “It was a remote-controlled device planted to hit the police van,” he said.
