Boy shot dead at Bilalabad
KARACHI: A twelve-year-old boy, Mohammad Basit, was shot while playing cricket at a ground near his house at Bilalabad, within the limits of the Shahrah-e-Noor Jahan police station. There were reports that that deceased had fought with some of his friends over a cricket match, following which an unidentified friend carried his father’s TT pistol and shot the deceased.
However, DSP Zaman denied this, saying that two employees, Mohammad Irfan and Qadir Khan, of famous land grabber Aslam Mandokhail shot the boy. He said that he did not know why they shot him, but the case is being investigated. No FIR was registered till the filing of this report.
