Karachi: Three killed in separate acts of violence
KARACHI: Three people were killed on Tuesday in acts of violence in parts of the city, witnesses and police said. A 45-year-old man was shot dead by suspected gangsters near Qadir Bux Hotel on Ahmed Shah Bukhari Road. Baghdadi police said Mohammed Aslam, a watchman at the Lyari General Hospital, was shot dead at around 4:30pm.
They said a murder case was registered against gang leader Ghaffar Zikri and his three associates – Saeed Kajal, Akhtar alias Akku and Bashir, son of Nazir – on the complaint of the victim’s brother Mohammed Ashraf.
