Karachi: 3 ST activists remanded in murder case
KARACHI: The civil judge and judicial magistrate, south, Rabab Fatima, on Tuesday remanded three activists of Sunni Tehreek in police custody till June 4. Naseem alias Javed, Faizan alias Javed, and Ali are facing trial for killing 16-year-old Abdullah on Nov 7, 2007 in the limits of Kharadar police station. A case was registered against the accused under Section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code on the complaint of the deceased’s father, Anwar Baig, at Kharadar police station. Jamil, Khalid and others are absconders in the case.
