Lahore: Police register case against ‘illegal raid’
LAHORE: City police registered a case under Section 155-A of Police Ordinance 2002, against two policemen for illegally raiding a house in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) on Monday.
According to police, Sub-Inspector Muhammad Khan and Constable Idrees, deputed at North Cantt police station raided the house following a fraud case along with the two complainants of the case, Chaudhry Faisal and Bilal Warraich.
They all entered the house by climbing the outer wall. Sources said they harassed and misbehaved with resident Samra and ordered her to go with them. Samra called her relative who is a politician.
A special team from Defence-B police station was sent for her rescue. The police have registered a case against Chaudhry Faisal and Bilal Warraich.
