Islamabad: 51 murder cases solved this year
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) police solved 51 murder cases including 19 blind murders and arrested 92 people involved in these cases in current year, police said in a press release on Sunday. Aabpara police station solved three murder cases and arrested 10 people involved in these cases while Kohsar police solved six cases and arrested eight people.
Similarly, Shilmar and Margalla police stations solved two cases each and arrested six people. Industrial Area and Sabzi Mandi police stations solved three cases each and arrested 15 accused.
Tarnol police solved eight murder cases and arrested 16 people, Golra police station solved four cases and arrested eight people and Bhara Kahu police solved six cases and arrested nine people.
Shahzad Town and Nilor police stations solved five and two cases respectively and arrested 11 people. Koral police solved five cases and arrested seven people, while Sihala and Secretariat police solved one case each and arrested one and two persons respectively.
Similarly, capital police solved 19 blind murder cases in current year. Khosar and Tarnol police solved four cases each, Industrial Area and Bhara Kahu police three cases each, Sabzi Mandi police two and Golra, Shahzad Town and Shalimar police one case each.
