Islamabad: 2 accused acquitted
ISLAMABAD: District and Session Judge Mirza Rafi–uz–Zaman here Monday acquitted two accused after a dispute settlement between the petitioner and the accused. Earlier, accused Muhammad Asif Sama moved an application before the court stating that his wife, Amara Asif, was killed when he was not present at home. In response, his father-in-law, Amanullah Chaudhary, moved an application against Asif stating that he along with his brother, Muhammad Naeem Sama, had killed his daughter (Amara).
A case, in this regard, was registered at Kohsar Police Station, Islamabad. But after the petitioner, Amanullah Chaudhary, forgave the accused before the court, the judge acquitted the accused and his brother, and dismissed the case after settlement of the dispute.
