Lahore: 312 illegal immigrants reach home
LAHORE: As many as 312 Pakistani illegal immigrants who entered in various European countries were sent back home on a special PIA plane here on Tuesday from Istanbul, FIA officials said. After the minor interrogation all the deportees were freed by the FIA immigration staff posted at the Lahore Airport. They said that all 312 people including 7 children of 10 to 12 years of age entered in Turkey and other European countries illegally and were gathered in Istanbul from where they were transported here on a special PIA plane.
Out of 312 deportees 103 belong to Gujrat, 28 to Gujranwala, 57, Mandi Bahaud Din, 35 Sialkot, 6 Narowal, 4 Hafizabad, 12 Lahore, 1 Multan, 10 Rawalpindi, 4 Faisalabad and 5 to Karachi. Telling their bitter experiences deportees said that forces deployed on the frontiers of the European countries were very cruel and they shot dead certain tress passer before their eyes.
They blamed certain travel agents for their illegal immigration to the European countries naming them Agha Inayat, Mehmood Arayin, and Mirza Basharat.
