3 militants escape from Kohat jail
KOHAT: Three notorious militants accused of terrorism have escaped from the Kohat District Jail on Monday. According to sources, the three, Jamaluddin, Zaqim Shah were accused of involvement in several bomb blasts in District Kohat and for supporting alleged militants. Both militants were sentenced for 25 years each while the third accused Muhammad Abid, detained from DG Khan was sent to 9-year imprisonment. They fled sometime in the night. Meanwhile, Kohat police has launched manhunt and are raiding their suspected hideouts.
