Rawalpindi: FIA threat case
RAWALPINDI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) No–I on Friday adjourned hearing into the plea of Zeshan Haider, an accused of a case of threat to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), till October 10. FIA Crime Circle had arrested Haider for alleged phone calls to blow up the FIA Headquarters. The court framed charges against the accused on September 17 and directed three FIA inspectors to record their statements. The counsel of the accused submitted a plea under section 23–ATA to transfer the case from ATC to sessions court. Upon this, Judge Chaudhry Habibur Rehman adjourned hearing into the plea till October 10.
