Karachi: Rape case hearing adjourned
KARACHI: Hearing of the case pertaining to the gang–rape of 18–year–old girl from Londhran in the vicinity of Mazar–e–Quaid was adjourned till Tuesday due to the pre-occupation of judge. Additional and District Sessions Judge Aftab Ahmed Boghio rejected the bail application of three of the accused. The three accused, Khadim Hussain security guard Mazar-e-Quaid, Accountant Raja Arif, and Assistant to Resident Engineer Mazar Arif Ansari filed bail application in the court. Razia Kubra, an 18 year–old woman of Lodhran was gang–raped inside Mazar-e–Quaid allegedly by the employees of Mazar on March 9 this year, when she came to pay homage to founder of the nation along with her family members. She was found in a shaky condition outside the Mazar-e-Quaid on March 17.
