Mansehra: Dual murder case
MANSEHRA: The district and sessions judge Wednesday ordered the Oghi Police to register a dual murder case against the eight-member squad of Buner Police, which killed a man and his sister-in-law during an encounter in Balian area some three weeks back. Sources said Judge Syed Rafique Hussain Shah gave the order after the mother of slain Said Alam, Gul Taj Bibi, filed a petition in his court. In her petition, she pleaded her enemies, Mehmood Khan, Sarmal and Bakht Khan who belong to Buner, hatched a conspiracy to kill the two with the help of police.
She said her enemies along with the Station House Officer, Ihsanullah Khan, ASI Bakht Zamen and five police constables raided her house in Balian area in Oghi tehsil and killed her son, Said Aslam, and sister-in-law, Jamila Bibi and critically injured her another female relative Madina Bibi.
She said no encounter was occurred between the police and her family members as the police and her enemies barged into her house and opened indiscriminate fire on the inmates, killing her son and in his sister-in-law on the spot. The Oghi Police, according to sources, had registered a dual murder case against the Buner policy party and three alleged enemies.
