Lahore: Case against ex-MPA adjourned
LAHORE: An anti terrorism court on Saturday adjourned the case hearing of former MPA Ch Hakim Ali. The court had granted him three days judicial remand on the last hearing. Ch Hakim Ali was allegedly arrested by the Town Ship police on the directions of Punjab CM Mian Shahbaz Sharif. The police had lodged FIR under charges of illegal occupation, hooliganism and forgery against Ch Hakim Ali and his two sons including 40 others on the strict instruction of CM Punjab. Now the next hearing of this case will be held on November, 12.
