Karachi: Four alleged criminals held from Punjab Colony
KARACHI: The law enforcement agencies (LEAs) have claimed arresting four alleged criminals from Punjab Colony late Thursday night. According to details, the LEAs personnel on a complaint of residents of the area reached the spot and picked up four political workers who performed their duties during an Iftar party in Punjab Colony area. The detained men were identified as Ahmed Ali, Ali Imran, Ishaq alias ‘appi’ and Aamir Khan. All detained men were the residents of Post & Telegraph Colony, situated near Punjab Colony. Meanwhile, LEAs officials claimed to recover arms and ammunition from arrested persons. However, the sources said that the arrested persons were the workers of a political party and performed security duty during Iftar–dinner party.
