Quetta: BHC seeks record of triple murder accused
QUETTA: A division bench of the Balochistan High Court (BHC) has issued notice to the DCO Barkhan and ordered him to appear in person along with record pertaining to the federal levies service of absconding accused Muhammad Yaqoob involved in triple murder case. The bench also issued notice to the DG Levies Federal Quetta and ordered him to stop immediately pay of one Dafedar of Levies Thana Chahha, Rab Nawaz. The bench comprising justices Akhtar Zaman Malghani and Muhammad Nadir Khan issued the orders and notices while hearing a constitutional petition filed by one Abdul Khalid submitting that private respondents Dost Muhammad, Yaqoob and Samad Khan had entered his residence and killed his father, mother and brother in front of him.
He stated that his grievance was as the officials concerned were biased and not taking action against accused involved in killing of her family members. The petitioner pleaded to the court to order the concerned officials to arrest the culprits, submit the case’s challan before anti–terrorism court. The proceedings were adjourned till December 8.
