Several notices were issued to the UC Nazim to submit an affidavit regarding property papers, but neither did he appear in the court nor did he produced an affidavit. The court issued orders to Town Nazim Saddar, Dilawar Hussain, regarding the appearance of UC 10 Clifton Nazim to appear in court on the next hearing date fixed for December 22. Rasheeda Khatoon filed an application in the court requesting that the property of her deceased husband be distributed among his heirs.
According to the law, the UC Nazim is bound to submit a clearance certificate and death certificate which authenticate the real heirs, but he failed to submit any of the documents in the court despite repeated notices issued to the UC Nazim.
