Karachi: 2 accused in murder case remanded
KARACHI: Central Judicial Magistrate (JM) Abdul Sattar remanded two men accused of killing a woman and her three children, to judicial custody till December 30. According to the prosecution, accused NabeelMirza and Zubair killed Seema and her three children Osama, 7, Saima, 6 and Rimsha, 5, on December 12, 2008 within the jurisdiction of Khawaja Ajmer Nagri Police Station. A case was registered on the complaint of Jamil Ahmed, husband of the murdered woman. Illicit relations of complainant Jamil Ahmed with mother of one of the accused are said to be the cause of the gruesome murders that wrecked havoc in the area. The JM also ordered the Investigating Officer Ashraf Awan to produce witnesses for recording of their statement under section 164 CrPC.
