Rawalpindi: Charge sheet against POF attack suspect submitted
RAWALPINDI: Anti Terrorism Court No II (ATC–II) on Friday put off hearing into Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) suicide attacks case till January 17 after Wah Cantonment police submitted charge sheet against the suspect. The court, headed by Judge Sakhi Muhammad Kahoot, is trying Hameedullah Mehsood of South Waziristan to determine his alleged involvement in POF attacks on August 21,2008, that claimed over 75 lives. Wah Cantonment police kept the suspect in custody for 27 days for interrogation after he was arrested on August 21. The police also registered a terrorism case against unknown accused.
