Islamabad: Custody case
ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions Judge Chaudhry Abdul Qayyum here on Tuesday ordered the Tarnol Police Station SHO to produce Muhammad Bashir along with his two daughters on a plea filed by Shazia Bibi seeking custody of her children. Shazia Bibi moved an application before the court and stated that she was living separately from her husband (Muhammad Bashir), who took their two daughters Manahil and Nayab with him by force and now was not allowing her to meet them. On her appeal, the judge ordered the SHO to produce Muhammad Bashir with his two daughters before the court today (Wednesday) at 8 a.m.
In another case of child custody, instead of giving the kid in mother’s custody, the district and sessions judge settled the dispute between the husband and wife (Sana Ashraf and Muhammad Nisar) after listening to their views in his chamber.
