Karachi: 3 killed in separate incidents
KARACHI: Six people lost their lives in the country’s biggest metropolis in different incidents Tuesday.
The Nation reported that some unidentified gunmen opened fire on security guard of a local restaurant located at Rashid Minhas Road. The victim was identified as Moinullah Khan, 50, who hailed from Waziristan, the Police said adding that, the body has been shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC). Police registered an FIR 297/2010 against Gulzar and Chinior on the complaint of the deceased’s brother on suspicion that the incident might be the result of some personal enmity.
In another incident Tuesday, the Police found a dead body of a young lad from a garbage drum at Old Golimar within the limits of Pakistan Colony Police Station.
The Police told media that the victim was yet to be identified. As per Police record, some unidentified culprits abducted the victim and killed him.
The Police sent the dead body to Civil Hospital Karachi for legal formalities and later shifted to Edhi Morgue for identification.
Meanwhile, a man committed suicide in Liaquatabad area within the limits of Super Market Police Station after exchanging words with his wife. The person, Danish, son of Muhammad Nabi, was in the catering business. The locals informed the police about the incident.
Police shifted the body to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for autopsy. The deceased left a child.
