Karachi: SHC keeps down legal proceeding in airline corruption case

KARACHI: As reported by The News, the Sindh High Court (SHC) annulled legal proceeding on Friday against a businessman, Daryus Cyrus Minwala (representative of Cathy Pacific Airways) who was charged of causing a loss to the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) in an agreement concerning to induction of six B-747-300 aircrafts in the PIA fleet on a lease from 1999 to 2002, in the Cathy Pacific aircraft corruption reference.
