KASUR: As reported by the Dawn News on Monday, a 22-year-old boy, Altaf, raped an eight-year-old (S) and threw her in a drain near Basti Qadirabad within the precincts of Sadar Police Station here Sunday. The parents caught Altaf while he was fleeing the scene and found out the girl and took her to hospital where her condition was said to be critical. The Police arrested Altaf and registered Case No 348/10 under Section 376 of the Pakistan Penal Code and Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act.
