25 Taliban stamped out throughout northwest
HANGU/PESHAWAR/MINGORA: As reported by the Daily Times, Leastways 25 Taliban were stamped out and another 23 bruised on Sunday in clashes with security forces across the northwest of the country. As per details, 13 Taliban were tossed off and 10 injured when fighter jets bombed their hideouts in Upper Orakzai, four terrorist hideouts were also demolished in the bombing in Ghotak, Tor Samt and Kot Kaley areas of the agency. Some other five Taliban, including commander Abid Afridi, were killed and another three injured in an explosion at an ammunition depot in Sheikhan Kaley area of Orakzai. In Mohmand Agency, the forces backed by helicopter gunship downed four pro-Taliban terrorists and wounded another 10. In Swat, three Taliban were bolted down in a clash with the security forces in Charbagh tehsil on Sunday, officials said.
