Karachi: Deportation of 6 Afghans ordered

KARACHI: As reported by the Daily Times, The Sindh High Court (SHC) Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed Wednesday directed the federal government to deport six Afghan nationals, named as Essa, Sherfullah, Akbar, Ayan, Abdul Razzak and Muhammad Naseem to their country if they were not required in any other cases, sentenced for illegally staying in Pakistan under the Foreigners Act 1947.
The accused were apprehended from the limits of Paposh Nagar police station (October 2009), as they neither had special cards issued by the National Aliens Registration Authority or the Afghan Refugees Cards.
