ATTOCK: Hasan Akhtar, acting District Police Officer (DPO), sacked Tuesday two cops, Head Constable Afzal Ahmed and Constable Gulfam for negligence and misconduct and awarded penalisation to 31 others including censure and forfeiture of service, the Dawn News reported Wednesday.
