Peshawar: PHC reserves conviction of 4 men in drugs case

PESHAWAR: According to the Dawn News, the two-member bench comprising Justice Pir Liaqat Ali and Justice Mazhar Alam Miankhel of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) set aside, on Thursday, conviction of four men, named Anwerzaib Khan, Luqman, Merajuddin and Mamraiz, who were sentenced to life imprisonment by the additional district and sessions judge on Aug 7, 2009, in case of selling drugs, liquor and counterfeit currency.
