RAWALPINDI: Police and officials of district courts Rawalpindi caught red-handed a man, Mohammad Asif s/o Khan Mohammad r/o Jhang, on Tuesday when he was trying to steal Close Circuit Television Cameras (CCTV) from the court premises, the Express News reported Wednesday.
