Rawalpindi: Death sentence for murderer
RAWALPINDI: As reported by The News on Wednesday, Additional District and Sessions Judge Sajjad Hussain Sundhar awarded death sentence to a man in a murder case here on Tuesday. The court also imposed a fine of Rs500,000 on Muhammad Khyzar, who killed Muhammad Babar. The Rawat Police Station had registered a case under Section 302 against three real brothers Azhar, Arshad and Khyzar for their alleged involvement in the killing of 26-year-old Muhammad Babar on May 6, 2008. The court acquitted the two other accused in the murder case.
