Rawalpindi: 17 deported Pakistanis return back
RAWALPINDI: As reported by the Dawn News on Thursday, seventeen illegal Pakistani immigrants deported by Turkey arrived at Benazir International Airport here Wednesday. Officers from the anti-human trafficking wing of the Federal Investigation Agency interrogated them and let them go after collecting information about the travel agents who had arranged their passage to Greece via Iran and Turkey. Travel agents located in Gujranwala had charged them from Rs300,000 to Rs500,000 for sending them to Greece. A senior FIA official said the deportees were allowed to go after necessary paperwork but cases have been registered against the travel agents.
