Islamabad: 9 arrested, including 6 women

Islamabad: According to The Nation, the Islamabad Police have arrested nine persons, including six women, for their alleged involvement in immoral activities and drug-pushing, police said on Sunday. Margalla Police Station SHO Muhammad Hussain Lasi arrested two women namely Safia Bibi and Musarrat Shaheen from the Markaz G-9 bus-stand after recovery of two kilograms of opium from them. Koral Police Station SHO Abid Ikram, along with his team, including Sub-Inspector Arshad Mehmud, Head Constable Ghulam Shabbir, Constable Muhammad Naeem, arrested four women and two men for their alleged involvement in immoral activities from the KRL Service Road. They were identified as Zeenat Bibi, Kainat, Memona Iqbal, Sana Iqbal, Salam, Zahid Hussain and Ghulam Habib.
