Lahore: Court issues non-bailable warrant against SHO
LAHORE : As reported by the Dawn News on Thursday, Additional District and Sessions Judge Lahore on Wednesday issued the non-bailable arrest warrants of Raiwind City Police Station SHO for not appearing in the court in connection with a murder case NO-763/9. The court had already issued two show cause notices to the Raiwind Police SHO for not producing the record and appearing in the court personally. The SHO did not appear in the court in accordance with the issuance of the show cause notices. On which, the court of Chaudhry Ameer Muhammad Khan ordered the arrest warrants of the SHO. In the orders, the court also ordered the officer concerned to produce the SHO in court on October 4 after arresting him. Meanwhile, Additional District Sessions Judge Lahore on Wednesday issued the show cause notice to the Inspector of Mazang Police Station for not producing the record in a case (420) NO-263/5. The court also ordered the Inspector to appear in the court on October 5. In another case the Additional District and Sessions Judge also issued the arrest warrants of the police officials of Gulshion Iqbal Police (Investigation) in a murder case NO-20/10 for not appearing in the court for recording their statements. The court ordered the constables namely Shahadat Ali, Munir Ahamd, Sawar Ahamd and one Inspector Niaz Ahmad to appear in the court on October 2 for recording their statements in the case.
