Islamabad: 6 perpetrators held, seized billions worth instruments
Islamabad: As reported by the The Nation on Tuesday, federal police has arrested six miscreants in an area of Tarnol and recovered two vehicles, foreign made equipments, uniforms and other repairing parts of various items worth billion of rupees which were being used for sabotage. Police sources said that DIG Operations Binyamin received some secret information that Farooq ud Din factory located in Dhok Paracha area has been closed for months and it was reported that there are some culprits who took shelter in that Factory. Thereafter, under the directions of DIG, Islamabad Police raided over the factory arrested three criminals named Farooq ud Din, Ismail Khan and Muhammad Ayub and seized billions worth instruments including 2-vehicles, generator, spare parts of helicopter, army uniforms, water kits and other items such as wireless sets etc. Later on, after the investigation police also raided over the residency of Habib arrested three saboteurs from there and recovered armaments and other arms related material. It is worth mentioning here that the equipment which Police has recovered was stolen from NATO Containers. However, Police registered cases against the culprits and started further investigation.
