Lahore: ATC extends remand of 2 terrorists
LAHORE: As reported by The News on Wednesday, an Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday extended 14-day judicial remand of alleged terrorist Asmat Ullah alias Muaz and his accomplice Abdullah, nominated in attacks on two Ahmadi worship places and killing more than 100 people.
Both the accused will be produced before the court again on October 19. The court has directed the police to submit challan of the accused as soon as possible.
According to the case details, police had arrested alleged terrorist Abdullah alias Muhammad along with his injured accomplice Abdullah from the Model Town.
According to initial police report, Abdullah alias Muhammad is son of Attaullah Chachar, a resident of Sajay Village in Khanpur Katora, District Rahimyar Khan.
