Attock govt school deprived of 16 computers
Attock: As reported by Pakistan Observer on Thursday, as many as 16 computers worth millions of rupees have been stolen from the Information Technology (IT) Laboratory of Government Girls High School Faqirabad. Investigating Officer Ghazanfar Ali told APP on Wednesday that a case had been registered in this regard, and as per initial investigation, the computers had been stolen with the help of some insiders.
He told that no door, window or wall of the laboratory was found broken which was adding to the suspicions that were was an inside hand involved in the incident. He said an inquiry would be carried out on merit and culprits would soon be brought to book. It was worth mentioning that in 175 government high schools of the district computer laboratories were established last year but so far no teacher for these laboratories had been recruited.
