PESHAWAR: According to The News, a German national went missing in mysterious circumstances from Shahkas area of Khyber Agency, it is learnt. The Peshawar police are said to have picked up the German national, identified as Nelson only, from Hayatabad.
Senior Superintendent of Police Operations Ijaz Ahmad, however, said that the Peshawar Police did not arrest any German. Some sources said he was picked by an intelligence agency from the boundary between Peshawar and Khyber Agency. Intelligence officials, however, also denied the arrest. It was learnt that the alien was travelling without the required documents.
