Karachi: Ex-Sunni Tehreek worker gunned down
Karachi: As reported by the Dawn News on Thursday, a former worker of the Sunni Tehreek was gunned down near M. A. Jinnah Road in the early hours of Wednesday, police said. They said that 33-year-old Imran was attacked by armed motorcyclists on Jamila Street within the remit of the Nabi Bux police station.
“He was returning home in PECHS on a motorbike when he was intercepted by two men on a motorbike, who fired a single shot that hit him in the head and escaped,” said an official at the Nabi Bux police station. “He died on the spot. The body was shifted to the Civil Hospital Karachi for a post-mortem examination.”
