Islamabad: Police arrest killer of former AG
ISLAMABAD: According to The Nation, Islamabad Police have arrested the alleged killer of former attorney general, Muhammad Sardar Khan, who along with his accomplices killed the victim in Sector G-11/2 on February 3, 2010, a police spokesman said. He said that five persons including a woman had sought time for a meeting at his house to discuss some issue related to a case.
They had killed him on Ibne Seena Road, Sector G-11/2, in the limits of Shalimar Police Station and managed to escape from the scene. After this incident, police started the investigation and arrested an accused, Saifullah. His other accomplices were stated to be Roohullah, Waqif Khan, Rubina Suleman and Iftikhar Ahmed. Rubina Suleman, who was accompanying the alleged killers at the time of murder, was also assassinated by her accomplices.
