4 arrested in crackdown on outlaws
ALPURI: As reported by the Dawn News on Thursday, four suspected outlaws were arrested and arms recovered in a crackdown against anti-state elements in the jurisdiction of Martung police station on Wednesday. DPO Shangla Jehan Zeb Khan told reporters that there were reports about increase in crime rate in Martung for the last several days so the police launched a crackdown against the growing activities of the criminals.
The DPO said a PO Abdul Hameed and three other criminals wanted to police in several cases of violence were arrested. He said arms were also recovered from their possession. He said the action would continue till complete elimination of the criminals and outlaws from the region
