Rawalpindi: Hearing in BB murder case adjourned
RAWALPINDI: An anti-terrorist court here on Tuesday adjourned hearing in Benazir Bhutto murder case till December 4.
The court is likely to frame charges against the accused in the next case hearing.
The City Police Station had registered a case under Sections 302, 324 and 7-ATA against Aitzaz Shah, Sher Zaman, Hasnain Gul, Rafaqat Hussain and Abdul Rashid for their alleged involvement in the assassination of Benazir Bhutto on December 27, 2007.
Meanwhile, the anti-terrorist court adjourned hearing in a case relating to the Mumbai attack case till December 4.
The court adjourned hearting because the government lawyer has gone to Saudi Arabia to perform Haj.
