Islamabad: Suspects of 2 blind murders arrested
ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Police have arrested four men allegedly involved in three murder cases, including two blind ones, and recovered weapons used in these crimes from their possession, a police spokesman said on Thursday.
Police arrested four accused identified as Bakhtiar Ali, Anwar Saeed, Ansar and Nasir.
The police spokesman said: “Bakhtiar Ali had allegedly killed Sher Ahmad Khan, a resident of Tarnol, with his accomplices. Efforts are afoot to arrest the remaining accused. Accused Ansar and Nasir had allegedly killed Nadeem, a resident of Mera Jaffar, Islamabad.”
Anwar Saeed, he said, has allegedly killed a woman near Sundaymar Dam and escaped from the scene. Tarnol Police took into possession the dead body of the victim and registered a case against unidentified criminals.
