The court has awarded 10-month imprisonment to Akhter Ali as he was proved guilty of possessing 510 grams of hashish. The court has also fined him Rs10,000. Lorry Adda Police had arrested Akhter on April 14, 2010 and seized hashish.
Meanwhile, the court has awarded three-month jail term to a drug peddler namely Aijaz Masih.
