Karachi: Political activists clash in Shah Faisal Town
KARACHI: Tension prevailed in Shah Faisal Colony on Wednesday, when activists of two political groups clashed with each other.
One youth identified as Furqan was wounded during a crossfire between the two political parties’ workers.
The clash took place in Shah Faisal Colony No 4 within the jurisdiction of Shah Faisal Colony Police Station.
Intense firing caused panic and suspension of routine and commercial activities in the locality.
It was a clash between the workers of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement and Awami National Party, said Shah Faisal Town SP Shad Ibne Masih, adding that cases would be registered against the people involved in the incident.
