Karachi: No bail for cable operator’s killer
KARACHI: A sessions court on Tuesday dismissed the bail application of an accused in a murder case.
The accused, Mohammad Hussain, has been charged with killing a cable operator, Sakhi Dad, in Sept 2010 in Gulistan-e-Jauhar.
He moved a bail application before Additional District and Sessions Judge (east) Chaudhry Waseem who dismissed it after hearing arguments from both sides.
A case (FIR 486/10) was registered under Section 302 (premeditated murder) and 34 (common intention) of the Pakistan Penal Code on the complaint of the deceased’s cousin at the Gulistan-e-Jauhar Police Station.
