LARKANA: A man has been arrested for allegedly shaving off the head and eye-brows of a woman.
According to the District Police Officer Irfan Baloch, other people involved in the crime would soon be arrested.
He said that the accused nominated in the FIR were drug addicts adding that teams had been constituted to arrest them.
The woman Ghulam Zohra took shelter at the women’s police station after her husband Abdul Sattar and his cousins, Waheed, Bashoo and Wali Mohammed shaved off her head and eye-brows on Saturday after casting aspersions on her character for saving on her cell phone numbers of other people.
A case has been registered but police has not been able to trace Abdul Sattar, Waheed and Wali Mohammad.
