RAWALPINDI: Two terrorists were arrested during a raid at Wahdat Colony area of Taxila and seized huge quantity of weapons including suicide vests from their possession, police sources said.
Police on a tip off raided a house located in Wahdat Colony of Taxila and recovered a large cache of weapons from the arrested militants.
The seized weapons included 100 detonators, 800 gun powder bags, suicide vests and other explosives. The suspects were shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
Police authorities claimed that the terrorists wanted to carry out attacks in twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
