The District and Sessions Judge, on a petition filed by Mohammad Amir Khan, ordered registration of the case.
The petitioner told the court that the Dullah village had not been receiving water since 1991.
The then Union Council Nazim Mohammad Shoaib had taken the responsibility of the restoration of water supply on his own shoulders. But instead of restoring the water supply Shoaib along with his two friends had sold the pipes for Rs400000.
